No specific times are required by Y&S for you to bring in your vehicle.  Y&S is happy and ready to assist you at anytime during business hours. However, by calling ahead of time we can have your paperwork prepared for you before your arrival.  Whether or not your vehicle is being towed and you wish to call ahead, please:
 
1. Have all of your personal, vehicle and claim information ready.
 
2. Call one of our three locations that is most conveniently located to you.
